Georgetown

We went for the day to Georgetown.

Georgetown is a historic neighborhood, commercial and entertainment district located in northwest Washington, D.C., situated along the Potomac River. Founded in 1751 in the Province of Maryland, the port of Georgetown predated the establishment of the federal district and the City of Washington by 40 years.
Also is home to the main campus of Georgetown University and numerous other landmarks, such as the Volta Bureau and the Old Stone House, the oldest unchanged building in Washington.

Here are some pictures.

This is my favorite store.
Dean & DeLuca is your source for gourmet foods and gift baskets.

Time for lunch at a special place called "J.Pauls".
Actually is a pretty genetic Georgetown bar.

Whenever I am in Washington D.C I always order Crab Cake Sandwich and believe me that is the best I have ever tasted!

After our lunch, we went to another special place to pick up our order!
It is better to order than to wait, who knows for how long to buy a cupcake!

They told me but I couldn't believe it, you can see by yourselfs, what am I talking about!
Long queue for, I have to say that, the best cupcakes ever!!!

I had two cupcakes to taste!
Caramel cupcake with a salted caramel-infused buttercream frosting topped with a caramel drizzle and madagascar bourbon vanilla cupcake baked with oreo crumbles topped with an oreo crumble-infused buttercream frosting.
The Caramel was wow, I can not describe it with words!!!

For dinner I did the cooking!
Something special..

Greek salad with shrimps and feta cheese, put it in the oven until the cheese is melted!
Very easy to cook and so delicious, you must try it believe me!

And chinese rice.
